Umm I have a question and I don't know if you could answer it but, I've been feeling constant chest pain each day and I'm kind of scared if it's because of anxiety or heart problems. I'm a teen so my parents doubt it's heart related but I'm just not sure.

My daughter finally got a nursing job after graduation last May and started on Friday night at a nursing home. She got a call this morning that one of the people she was taking care of had to go to the hospital and was diagnosed with COVID-19 this morning. My daughter lives in our finished basement with her fiance. I am not very healthy and she is worried like crazy that I will catch this. We clorox bleached all the kitchen and areas she touched yesterday. She did have a mask and gloves on while taking care of the patient, so maybe that would protect her from getting it. Now my anxiety is through the roof.
Thank you for the sound advice. Im in Cape Town and news coverage has added to my anxiety. I'm going to be more selective about what I allow myself to watch on social media re the coronavirus. My tolerance has reached a dangerous level. All the best to you and all your viewers.
The intro reminded me of the short film you made years ago. We’re doing the social distancing whenever we have to go out. Wearing the mask and using the hand sanitizer outside our home. The virus count is on the rise in my county, it’s definitely a strange time. Stay safe and stay healthy and i hope the same for all your family
