This is a wise and caring Judge, he uses common sense in his court room. Some times you have to forget what is legal, and do what is right, and this judge does that. We need more like him!
Finally some humanity in the courts, it's really hard to find these sort of beautiful human beings that show empathy, compassion for one another, in the uk courts do not show this compassion at all, they will throw the book at you
